1. Services Provided

AP Collective provides:

  • Brand strategy

  • Marketing consulting

  • Creative direction

  • Go-to-market planning

  • Campaign development

  • Content creation guidance

  • Project-based or retainer-based consulting services

The scope of each engagement will be outlined in a proposal, contract, or email agreement.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due according to the agreed contract or invoice.

  • Late payments may result in paused work or late fees.

  • Retainer services are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.

  • All work remains property of AP Collective until payment is received in full.
     

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • AP Collective maintains ownership of all strategy frameworks, processes, templates, and proprietary materials.

  • Clients receive usage rights to final deliverables created for their brand.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any assets they supply (photos, logos, etc.).
     

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep shared business information, documents, and project details confidential unless written permission is provided.
 

5. Project Timelines

Timelines depend on client responsiveness, availability of assets, and scope changes.
AP Collective is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late approvals.
 

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Retainers may be canceled with written notice (typically 30 days).

  • Project deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

  • No refunds for hours already worked or completed deliverables.
     

7. Limitation of Liability

AP Collective is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue

  • Business losses

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
 

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy or distribute website content without permission

  • Attempt to breach security features

  • Misuse the site or disrupt functionality
     

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your state].
